"Really great experience with Jordan Atwood from the outset. His estimate was straightforward and he provided a not-to-exceed max that I hoped was high. It was - costs came in at a very reasonable level in line with my expectations even though the repair turned out to be somewhat more serious than at first imagined. The subcontractor who accompanied Jordan (Cameron) was well qualified and worked hard. They removed a set of sliders in order to remove and replace the sills and joists that had rotted from water due to a plugged gutter. The rot had spread out from the initial area of damage and the work involved reconstructing an entire corner of our house. Jordan and Cameron kept me informed every step of the way. They took their time and did the work right. Everything got put back together and it all looks far better than it did at the outset. Jordan also happily did a handful of unrelated minor things in addition. Jordan has a calm, reasoned demeanor and I get a sense of integrity and honesty in his business approach. I give Jordan and Cameron the highest ratings and would be delighted to work with either or both of them again."
